Return Policy: Return of funds on damaged pieces only. All glass which is shipped to the customer is insured for damage, and the customer must place a damaged package report (within 10 days of receipt) with the shipper, and return the piece within two weeks of delivery, (packed so there is no additional damage) and we will fully reimburse the piece (not shipping) upon return. Each piece is one of a kind, and cannot be replaced.
